Here's the second version of the "Spidey Comes Home" piece I had imagined. I wasn't sure which one to do, since one was more of a figurative piece and this one is more of a scene. So I painted them both after realizing that they can be sequential, so this is part two. I hope to do more super heroes (and villains) in quiet/candid moments like this.
oh wow! These last few posts are incredible!
ReplyDeleteGreat story telling. The dark and lonely side of crime-fighting. The red city lights shining through the blinds adds a nice touch, too. Bravo.

ReplyDeleteyou have a crazy good understanding of anatomy. and also, i enjoy this because spidey's so hot! :D drool.
ReplyDeleteCan you give me his APT/House address? I would like to visit him. I think my mom would appreciate it because he'd turn me STRAIGHT! LOOK AT THAT SEXY BACK! damn! Totally make me want to do a few of these. Great value grouping..! Much improvement.. Keep it up! is that your back?!?!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love the colors and the lighting, especially how the other part of his costume is hidden in the shadows. The pink from the blinds is really great contrast as well. The anatomy is great, and all those battle wounds are nice too ;) mmmm~
